At each item there is a shipping indication of when we will ship your order. Not when it will be shipped to you
Shipping indication:
- Shipping within 1-2 or 1-3 business days means that the item is usually shipped within 1 business day after payment is received, but it can also take 2 or 3 business days.
- Shipping Mon-Fri before 17. 00 ordered is shipped same day means that on Monday through Saturday ordered and paid before 5 p.m., it is usually shipped the same day.
You cannot derive any rights from the shipping indication. Apollanjacrystals.co.uk is our online store. Therefore, an item may not be immediately in stock. Customers who do not place an internet order, but have seen an article on this website and that want to pick up, please contact us first! This is to avoid disappointment. We reserve the article if necessary immediately for you.
You can sometimes indicate a preference for delivery via POSTNL, DPD or DHL when completing your order. We reserve the right to change this if we deem it necessary.
Delivery in the Netherlands:
- Your order will usually be delivered to you or dropped off at your chosen pickup point the next day (except Sundays) after shipment.
Package delivery:
- If we send your order by parcel, you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code that allows you to follow the status of your package online. Packages within the Netherlands are delivered by POSTNL, DPD or DHL .
- If we send your order by mail you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code so you can track the status of your mail online, this is not always the case! Usually mailbox post is delivered to you the next day (except Sundays), this depends on the way POSTNL works in your region.
- If POSTNL, DPD or DHL can not deliver the package to the address you specified, the package will be offered to you again at a later time. You will receive an email about this.
- When POSTNL, DPD or DHL could not deliver the parcel again it will be kept for you for 5 working days at the nearest collection point. You can pick it up there within 5 business days. Please note: you will receive an email notification about this! There is no bill left in the mailbox that the deliveryman has been with you.
- If you have chosen a pickup point you will receive an email message from when you can pick up the package. You can then pick it up there within 5 business days.
- After the 5 business days the package will automatically be returned to us. When we receive the return shipment, we will automatically cancel it and refund the paid amount to your account within 1-2 business days.
Delivery in Belgium, Germany and rest of EU:
- Belgium 1-3 working days (usually 1 working day)
- Germany 1-3 working days
- Austria, France, Spain 2-5 working days
- Rest of Europe 2-7 working days
Delivery of packages in Belgium, Germany and rest of EU:
- Your order will be shipped by POSTNL, DPD or DHL and will normally be delivered to you according to the above schedule.
- You will receive at the email address you provided a confirmation of shipment with a track and trace number and link to the website where you can track the status of your package.
- The package may not be delivered to the neighbors, please keep this in mind. If POSTNL, DPD or DHL can not deliver the package to the address you provided, the package will be offered to you again at a later time. You will be notified by email.
- If POSTNL, DPD or DHL can not deliver the package it will be 5 days in the nearest pickup point for you. You can pick it up there within 5 business days. Please note: you will be notified of this by email! There is no bill left in the mailbox that the deliveryman has been with you.
- If you have chosen a pickup point, you will receive an email message from when you can pick up the package. You can pick it up there within 5 working days.
- After the 5 working days the package will automatically be returned to us. When we receive the return shipment we automatically cancel it and will refund the amount paid into your account within 1-2 business days.
Addition:
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it takes longer than the specified period for us to ship your order, you will be notified by email.
