When you choose Klarna Klarna Postpayment, we offer you the opportunity to pay 14 days after sending the order. We transfer the claim (the amount to be paid) to Klarna Bank AB. Klarna will send you a payment instruction with which you pay directly to Klarna. So not to us!
You will receive the invoice by email with your order. You must pay this within 14 days to Klarna, as indicated on the invoice. By choosing this payment method, you automatically agree to Klarna's terms and conditions.
How does it work?
Klarna asks you to fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible. Based on your details a credit check will take place. This check determines whether you are eligible to pay with Klarna. If it doesn't work the first time, don't worry - this can also be due to a typing error. Check your details and try again. If you are unexpectedly refused by Klarna, please choose another payment method.
The payment period is independent of the return period of 14 days. After paying the invoice you keep the right to return (new, unused products) within 14 days. After processing your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account number you used to pay for the order. When returning the entire order, the agreement with Klarna is automatically terminated. In order to use Klarna, you must be 18 years or older and the shipping address and billing address must be the same (i.e., no delivery to a Parcel Store delivery or 'at the store').
